Bob Brooks
Process Improvement and Information Systems Manager
A member of the Transfer Express team since 1993, Bob has been
instrumental in helping the company embrace and adapt to the
technology it needs to make it grow and be successful. Bob is
able to analyze, configure and implement the necessary technology
to meet the dealers' demands for easier ordering and faster
delivery of transfers. He has met the challenge time and time
again, with the result that Transfer Express is the most technologically
sophisticated company in the industry, when it comes to both
internal production capabilities and external customer service
functions. "We have an outstanding Process Improvement
and Information Systems Team," says Bob. "Each team
member has developed and grown skill sets which are beneficial
on both a professional and personal level. I appreciate the
opportunity of being able to work with such a highly motivated
and dedicated group of individuals." When he is not improving
the website or streamlining a production process, Bob enjoys
hobbies such as guitars, martial arts, kayaking and sporting
events of all sorts. His wife Debbie is a freelance graphic
artist and stay at home Mom. His son Bobby is a high school
senior, who plays club soccer and is a ski instructor. His daughter
Lauren loves ballet and gymnastics when she is not at pre-school.
Educated at Kent State University and OSBT Technical College,
he has degrees in Broadcast Electronics, Multi-Track Engineering
and Telecommunications Telephony.

Ben Reutter
General Manager
Ben was born and raised in northeast Ohio and received his undergraduate
degree in Business Management from the University of Toledo
and his MBA from Cleveland State University. Ben began his career
with Transfer Express in March 1997 as the Human Resource Coordinator
and grew into the Human Resource Manager position prior to being
named General Manager.
Ben is married to Kara and they live in Concord Township with
their three children.

Matt Cook
Accounting Manager
A member of the Transfer Express team since 2003, Matt is a
CPA with a knack for numbers and a vast knowledge of IRS and
GAAP tax and accounting laws. In addition to his financial expertise,
he is also a key contributor when it comes to analyzing production
systems and processes and developing costing modules. He enjoys
the fast pace of Transfer Express and the fact that it is a
flexible company, able to meet new market needs in a quick period
of time. An avid outdoorsman, he is a graduate of Ohio University
and married to wife Stacy.

Christopher Ulrich
Dealer Services Manager
Chris is a recipient of the M. Mark Weaver Hall of Fame award
for teamwork, and he has been an indispensable member of the
Transfer Express team since 1993. On a daily basis he manages
the customer service team that works directly with Transfer
Express dealers. He appreciates the family atmosphere at the
company and is dedicated to providing the best possible service
to both dealers and fellow workers. His hobbies include playing
basketball, running, skiing and traveling. In his spare time,
he is the assistant men's basketball coach at Lakeland Community
College. A graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College with a degree
in Business Administration, he is married to wife Betsy and
they have a pet Weimaraner.

Cheryl Alderman
Graphic Design Manager
As the manager of the Graphic Design Department, Cheryl oversees
one of the areas that is the most important to Transfer Express
Dealers. "We are all about creating great graphics for
our dealers and we are constantly looking for ways to streamline
our processes and make it easier for our dealers to get the
custom designs they need." Cheryl has seen a lot of changes
in the way things are done at Transfer Express, since she has
been a team member since 1984. "Our team of artists is
so talented when it comes to developing wearable art and our
Easy Print Idea Book is the only design collection of its kind
in the industry. We encourage our artists to be on the lookout
for new design trends and to incorporate them into our templates.
We have the freshest, most creative selection of template designs
you will find anywhere." Outside of the design department,
Cheryl's hobbies include gardening and working on her "Century
House" with husband Jeff. Cheryl is a graduate of Kent
State University.

Sue Wilcosky
Business Development Manager
A member of the Transfer Express team since 1996, Sue has been
instrumental in developing the growth of the company from a
small family business into the industry's premier custom transfer
source. "I remember when the very first Idea Book was published,
and it changed the way people ordered custom transfers. We have
been growing at an amazing rate ever since." As Business
Development Manager, Sue researches and helps develop new product
lines and business concepts. One of her greatest accomplishments
is the Easy Prints(r) brand and the Easy Prints(r) dealer website,
which makes it easier than ever for Transfer Express dealers
to sell custom transfers to their customers. She is also responsible
for all marketing activities, such as branding, advertising,
public relations, and trade show coordination. Her creativity,
combined with her ability to multi-task an amazing number of
projects at one time make her an indispensable team member.
Sue is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and is married
with two sons. When she is not coming up with new ways to sell
more transfers, Sue is involved with the Booster Club and PTU
at her sons' schools. She also enjoys attending their games,
skiing and scrap booking.

Len Schiavone
Production Manager
In addition to being a world-class production mananger, Len
is also responsible for R & D. Len has been a key member
of the Transfer Express team for over 15 years. Prior to that
he spent 23 years in the restaurant/food service industry and
attended Lakeland Community College. Len has been married to
his wife Carolyn for 22 years and they have 5 children.

Mariellen Pavlak
Digital Process Manager
Mariellen has the artistic skills and digital production knowledge
needed to run the ever expanding Digital Department at Transfer
Express. "The demand for digitally produced artwork keeps
growing and growing, and we strive to offer our dealers the
most advanced custom artwork possible. We can turn just about
any type of photo or custom art into a digital transfer."
The Digital Department currently offers Photo Prints and Express
Names and Mariellen is involved in R & D projects that will
increase that offering in the near future. She has been with
Transfer Express since 1996 and appreciates that Transfer Express
is an innovative, forward thinking company, with great people
and great benefits. Before coming to Transfer Express, Mariellen
earned a BFA with a specialization in Graphic Design at Bowling
Green State University. She has been married to her husband,
Zeljko, for over 3 years and they enjoy traveling and outdoor
activities.
