Corporate Awards

GroupeSTAHL PassPORT to Good Health Wellness Program.

One good way to have a better company is to help employees find ways to be healthier. GroupeSTAHL was awarded the Arbor Award for its innovative employee wellness program called the Passport to Good Health, an innovative program reflecting the global posture of the company with a passport-style booklet with a list of activities and programs, an assigned wellness agent, and the opportunity to earn up to 36 hours of paid time off annually for participating in documented healthy activities.

Now entering its 8th year and some 700 employees participating in some way, the primary goal is to have a robust approach toward wellness that is fun, while promoting the objective of increasing lifestyle awareness by educating employees in ways to reduce health risk that positively impact healthy behaviors, and to optimize health and productivity to ultimately lower, or help control, long-term health care costs.
