Hedy C. Nadjarian

Vice President and General Counsel, GroupeSTAHL North America

Hedy joined GroupeSTAHL in 2015 and serves as the company’s General Counsel for North America. Prior to this role, Hedy served as the company’s Tax Counsel. Hedy is responsible for all legal matters related to GroupeSTAHL, including the company’s commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, corporate governance compliance, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining GroupeSTAHL, Hedy worked as Director of International Tax Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Hedy received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and her law degree and LL.M. in taxation from New England School of Law and Georgetown University Law School. Hedy moved to Michigan from Boston, Massachusetts in 2007 and lives here with her husband and son.
