Senior Vice President, Manufacturing & Operations for GroupeSTAHL

Appointed Senior Vice President, Manufacturing & Operations for GroupeSTAHL North America in July 2019, Jason Ziga has played an integral role in maximizing production efficiency, quality, and resource management while directing the company’s operations. He joined STAHLS’ Transfer Express in 2013 as Dealer Sales Manager and shortly after was promoted to Sales & Services Manager. He then moved on to become the General Manager of Transfer Express and most recently added the title of VP when operations were expanded into Arizona.

As Senior Vice President, Jason is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and operation processes of Transfer Express, STAHLS’ Michigan and Texas, and STAHLS’ Canada. He is in control of developing and executing the manufacturing strategies—focusing on footprint rationalization and optimization, supply chain efficiency, lean and continuous improvement strategy, and quality improvement strategy—that support profitable growth for the enterprise.

Throughout his career, Jason has aided the success and growth of the company. Some of his most notable accomplishments include overseeing the expansion of operations to Phoenix, AZ; implementing Lean Six Sigma processes that resulted in greater efficiencies and reduced turnaround times; and the expansion of over 25 products and services, namely Easy View®, AquaTru®, Stretch Litho™ Matte, and CAD-PRINTZ® Soft Opaque.

Jason earned his BA in political science and communications, and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He’s certified in Executive Leadership from Duke University, holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and received his SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resource Management.

He is an active board member on Rabbit Run Community ArtsAssociation and an advisory board member for Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland. In his spare time, you can catch Jason reading, coaching his son Noah’s sports, or attending his daughter Keira’s recitals. He also enjoys vacationing with his wife, Maryann.
