Richard has over 20 years of industry experience within Stahls’. He is a key driver of financial excellence within the organization. After starting with Stahls’ in 2001, he moved up to Financial Controller for the UK division in the same year, playing a major role in the development of financial systems and controls using advances in technology to drive improvements in productivity.

With decades of experience in financial leadership roles in both B2B and B2C organizations, Richard has a deep understanding of financial strategy, planning, and execution as well as a broad understanding of the business’ operations.
